Lenght of the stay : It will be impossible to the tenant of the contract to stay in the cottage more longer that the dates mentioned on the booking form. Or, it’s necessary to ask to the owners.
Confirmation of the booking form : The booking can be confirmed when the owner will receive the 30% deposit of the total amount and one of the booking form dated and signed.
Payment of the balance : It must be paid 6 weeks before the date of the arrival. The date of the payment is mentioned on the booking form. If the balance is not paid before the arrival, the owners can cancelled the booking and kept the deposit.
Cancellation by the tenant : It must be noticed to the owner by a special letter sent by the post to the address of the owner.
A) Cancellation before the payment of the balance (6 weeks before the arrival) : the deposit is for the owner.
B) Cancellation after the payment of the balance : the deposit and the balance are for the owner.
C) If the tenant is not at the cottage 48 hours after the date mentioned on the booking form for the arrival and if he do not phone to say anything, the owner can rent the cottage to another tenant and keep the deposit and the balance.
D) If the stay is shorter than expected, the price of the stay is for the owner.
Cancellation by the owner : When the owner cancel the booking after having confirm, he must pay the total of the money received, except if the cancellation is done because the owners haven’t received the balance in the 6 weeks before the arrival.
Arrival : The tenant must arrive the day mentioned on the booking form or he must phone to say something.
Inventory of fixtures : One must be done at the arrival and signed by both part (tenant and owner). The cleanliness must be contested during the inventory fixtures. The housekeeping can be done by the tenant or by the owner if you prefer to pay for it. The amount of the housekeeping is mentioned on the contract and on the website.
Damage deposit : This deposit mentioned on the booking form must be paid at the arrival. This deposit will be sent to the tenant in the fortnight following his departure with a possible deduction if deteriorations of the house or the swimming-pool.
How to use the place : The cottage and the area must stay so quiet as it was at the arrival. Some recommendations relative to the swimming-pool must be followed. The amount of the damage deposit is enough high to include possible damage.
Capacity : This contract is done for a maximum of 8 people + 1 baby (or 2 in the cottage « Les Chênes »). If the tenant arrives with more than this number authorized, the price could be increased following the number of people more than 8 or the owner can refused some of the people.
PETS : We accept pets under certain conditions. Not more than two, either cat or dog, for a fee of €5 per night and per pet.
INSURANCE : The tenant is supposed to have insurance covering rental risks*. A copy of the insurance policy may be requested by the owner to the tenant at booking or at the entrance to the premises. The tenant may purchase insurance from the company mentioned below or from its own insurance company.
* Rental Damage: any damage, property damage, and damage, loss or theft caused to personal property in or around the vacation home during the rental period.

Extra-charges : At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay the housekeeping, except if these charges have been mentioned on the booking form and paid with the total amount. The tenant can of course choose to do the housekeeping. In that case, the house must be as clean as it was at his arrival.
Are also included in the extra-charges the amount asked for more than 8 people and 1 or 2 babies.
